We are so lucky to have a university campus that is so beautiful. I love getting to do graduation photos, especially if there are a little places on campus that are significant to the graduate because there are just countless cool little places on the University of Florida campus that I end up stumbling upon at almost every graduation shoot.
I also like getting to take college graduation photos because hearing about all the amazing things my clients have been studying and have plans for is always so exciting and inspirational. Take the lovely Mackenzie. When we first got together for our graduation photo session meeting, I got very easily distracted by everything Mackenzie has been up to. First of all she graduated with honors with a biological engineering degree, which is immediately impressive. I don’t even know half of what that degree covers but I do know that it’s definitely not an easy one to get honors in!
For this portrait session, we started by the library and then made our way towards the stadium. Sometimes they get pretty strict in terms of keeping graduates off of the field for photos but this time we got lucky and got to take some on the field (and we definitely weren’t the only ones there). Of course, UF graduation photos aren’t complete without a few images at the gator walk and in front of Albert and Alberta!
Congrats again, Mackenzie and Go Gators!
Graduate Portrait Session Wall Art & Books
Usually graduates order some gift prints for family members and parents usually order one or two framed images from the portrait session. The other fun graduate portrait product is to order a photo book from the session and have it at your graduation party for everyone in attendance to sign and write their well wishes for you. These custom books come 10 x10″ and are filled with images from your session that we design in-house. It’s a super cute idea to be able to cherish memories from your college graduation.
